Delivery

DELIVERY DESTINATIONS

We ship orders to Australia and some other select countries worldwide. If your country is available when placing your order, then we expect we can deliver to your country.

All deliveries are tracked using our preferred shipping partner for each country. You will receive a dispatch confirmation, which will include a tracking reference.

Delivery times are estimates and are subject to change, including for the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and any customs clearance processing requirements of your country of importation.
 
DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges are added to the value of your order and are calculated based on your shipping address. If your total order value meets certain thresholds, you may be eligible for free or discounted delivery.

EXPEDITED DELIVERY

All deliveries are shipped by our shipping partner for each country to optimise the transit time and the cost of delivery. Currently, we are unable to offer special expedited delivery.
 

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

You may need to sign to receive your order, or have a safe and secure place available so that our shipping partner can leave your order at the shipping address if you are not available to receive it in person. 

If there is not a safe and secure place to leave your order at your shipping address, our shipping partner will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.
It is important that the address details are accurate and completed fully.  

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

Orders are shipped from Australia. GST of 10% is included on all orders delivered within Australia.
 

ORDERS & SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA

Depending on the shipping destination outside Australia, you may need to pay other taxes, customs duty, levies or other charges in relation to your order on importation of the product into your country. As the importer of the product, you may need to pay any outstanding charges, as directed by your country of importation, once your products arrive at your country’s border. In some cases, our shipping partner or your customs authority may contact you directly and you may need to collect your order directly. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods on all packages destined outside Australia.
 

DELIVERIES TO PO BOX AND SHARED ADDRESSES

Some shipping partners cannot make deliveries to PO Box addresses, so it is recommended that all delivery addresses are physical street addresses. 
We strongly advise against deliveries to hotels or third-party couriers. Any orders to be sent to a shared address, such as shared boxes, hotels or third-party couriers, are entirely at the risk of the consumer. Therefore, we cannot accept any liability for orders that fail to arrive at such destinations or are damaged on receipt.
 

BULK ORDERS

The website www.area3000.radio is for consumer and end-user purchasers only. You must not offer, or re-sell, products bought from this website, without our prior written approval. As such, we reserve the right to cancel excessive orders without notice. If you wish to purchase a commercial or bulk order, please send an enquiry to hello@area3000.radio

Return of orders within Australia

CANCELLING AN ORDER FOR AN UNWANTED PRODUCT

If you notice a mistake please inform hello@area3000.radio as soon as possible. Although we will try our best to cancel your order, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to stop your order in time to prevent it from being dispatched. If your order has not been dispatched, you will be refunded promptly for the full amount paid.

Orders that have already been dispatched can be cancelled within 14 days of being received and must then be returned within a further 14 days of you notifying us. You must return your unwanted items, at your cost and in a saleable condition. Products must not have been opened or otherwise used or damaged.

For Australian customers, we will refund you for the product. We will additionally refund the cost of standard delivery charges if the product is faulty. Refunds will only be processed once all conditions are satisfied. Please note that we will not refund you the cost of shipping the unwanted product back to us.

Return of orders outside Australia

If we accept your request to return an unwanted product, we must receive the product back from you within 14 days of our acceptance. You must return your unwanted item, at your cost, in a saleable condition. Products must not have been opened or otherwise used or damaged.

For customers outside Australia we will refund the value of the order, less the cost of delivery (including any consumption tax charged) that you have paid to us. Refunds will only be processed once all conditions are satisfied. Please note that we will not refund you the cost of shipping the unwanted product back to us.

RETURN OF FAULTY OR ERRONEOUS PRODUCT

You are covered for faulty products in accordance with laws that apply to our sale of the products to you. We will do our best to assist you quickly and efficiently. All faulty products will be evaluated before being processed for replacement or refund. We may require you to return the product (at our cost) and we may need to discuss with you the cause of the fault.

Please let us know immediately if you have received a product in error.
